Nikolas Cruz, Judge to Determine if State Pays Lawyers' Fees

February 20, 2018

Nikolas Cruz is getting a moment look by a judge to decide whether he's qualified for an attorney paid for by the State of Florida. The Broward County Public Defender's Office has recently recorded legitimate docs, got by TMZ, taking note of that a probate case has quite recently been opened in his mom's demise.

The Public Defender's Office notes, in spite of the fact that Cruz has just been discovered penniless by the court assistant and in this manner qualified for a free legal advisor, there might be stores from his mom's bequest or a conceivable disaster protection approach that would preclude him.

The Public Defender needs the judge to audit the different financials to decide whether he's as yet qualified for a court-delegated legal advisor.
