Lil Pump was pulled over by cops in Miami since he was a youthful, hispanic man driving a costly auto - as it were, he was profiled ... so says the rapper's lawyer.
LP's legal advisor, Brian Bieber (no connection to Justin), reveals to TMZ that his customer's capture Wednesday has all the earmarks of being yet another exemplary instance of profiling - as Pump was doing nothing incorrectly out and about ... other than purportedly driving without a driver's permit, obviously.
Bieber says cops at first told his customer they pulled him over for an unlawful turn yet later changed their story and said they pulled him over in light of the fact that he had lapsed labels.
Bieber says cops basically observed a youthful, fruitful hip-jump craftsman driving an exceptionally costly Rolls-Royce visible to everyone ... what's more, chosen to start a movement stop looking for something incorrectly - despite the fact that he says Pump hadn't completed a thing to warrant such activity.
We broke the story ... Lil Pump was handcuffed and dragged away to imprison after Miami PD says it found the tag on his Rolls-Royce really had a place with a Mini Cooper. When they requested a permit, cops say Pump let them know he'd never gotten one.
