Dr. Dre and Xzibit screwed 3 individuals out of a fortune in the cannabis business by taking as much time as necessary, cash and diligent work, and after that imagining they never existed ... as indicated by another suit.

Three people are suing the rappers and their weed organization, Brass Knuckles, asserting they completed a huge amount of legwork for them and in the end struck an arrangement to obtain a 14.5 percent stake in the business ... in any case, at that point got hosed.

As per the docs, Dre - who the 3 people guarantee is a mystery co-proprietor of Brass Knuckles - was content with their work and would have been engaged with advancing some significant ventures related with the business. 3 individuals assert they achieved a concurrence with Dre, Xzibit and others in the organization to pay $5 million to purchase their 14.5 percent, and everything was going fine ... until the point that the Brass Knuckles executives got avaricious.

As per the docs ... the organization was initially esteemed at $50 million, yet after the arrangement was hit with the gathering of 3 and they made good the $5 mil for their offer, it was resolved the organization was really esteemed at $170 mil.

The 3 assert now ... Dre, Xzibit and friends imagined the arrangement never existed. The 3's legal counselor, Larry Ecoff, discloses to us his customers were basically kicked to the control after the higher valuation, and "this case is about insatiability and weed."

They're currently suing for rupture of agreement and need fiscal harms ... alongside a judge to lead they are 14.5 percent proprietors of the organization.

Dr. Dre's legal counselor, Howard King lets us know ... this claim is "with no charges of anything done by [Dre] that would legitimize naming him as a litigant," and that doing as such "is simply an obtrusive and shallow endeavor by the offended parties to produce attention for their motivation." We connected with Xzibit and the cannabis organization, excessively ... no word back up until this point.
