"Melrose Place" star Jamie Luner won't confront charges for the claimed rape she was blamed for submitting on a then-16-year-old kid ... TMZ has learned. The L.A. Province District Attorney's Office declined to record charges against Luner after Anthony Oliver documented a police report recently asserting she sexually struck him at a local gathering almost 20 years back.
Prosecutors refered to a couple of purposes behind declining to advance with the case, including ... Oliver's late announcing (over 19 years), Oliver's believability issues, absence of authenticating proof and the exposed actualities as displayed.
The validity issue needs to do with the story TMZ broke ... that Oliver had just been hailed by the court framework for recording a poop ton of claims, no less than 22 in the course of recent years. He demands the suits were really recorded by his sibling, and not himself.
As we previously announced, Oliver's $250 million claim against Jamie was rejected a month ago. As such ... decisive victory for Jamie.
