Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will clash in an out and out guardianship preliminary, which starts ahead of schedule one month from now ... TMZ has learned.
Angelina and Brad have documented legitimate docs asking a L.A. Better Court Judge than give them until next June to hash out their severe separation ... with the assistance of a private judge.
The authority preliminary is currently set to start December 4, and the 2 guardians couldn't be further separated. Angelina needs sole physical guardianship of their 6 children and Brad needs 50/50 joint authority.
We're told the authority preliminary should take somewhere close to 2 and 3 weeks, and after that the judge needs to deal with everything.
Notwithstanding care, the private judge needs to deal with the property settlement. There isn't a prenup ... which is colossal, given the ill will between the two. We know Brad has severely whined he feels Angelina is attempting to deny him the privilege to parent their children.
