UFC's Rachael Ostovich Describes Violent Incident, 'Punched Me Repeatedly'

TMZ Sports has acquired court records in which UFC warrior Rachael Ostovich depicts the beating she guarantees she took because of her MMA contender spouse on Nov. 18 ... what's more, it's horrendous. "Following a night out with family, [Arnold Berdon] punched me over and again on the head, confront, ribs, making me tumble to the ground," Rachael says in her request of for a controlling request recorded in Hawaii. "I panted for breath and got away through [sic] gallery. I hacked up blood, hurled sev. times. Broken orbital." 


In the docs, Ostovich claims Berdon had physically manhandled her previously - refering to a particular occurrence on May 6, 2018 where he supposedly punched her in the legs over and again, leaving wounds. Ostovich asked for a limiting request against Berdon - guaranteeing he's a risk to her and their 5-year-old girl. 

The court conceded the demand and Berdon must remain 100 feet from them two. As we recently announced, Berdon was captured Tuesday for second degree endeavored murder - an energize that conveys to a lifelong incarceration whenever sentenced. 


Berdon's relatives have disclosed to us he intends to contend that he was protecting himself on Nov.18 and did not start the viciousness. Ostovich was planned to battle Paige VanZant in January - yet needed to haul out because of her broken orbital bone. Ostovich had been hospitalized for her wounds yet has since been discharged and is recuperating at home.
