Philip Kassai is suing President Trump's association over the Lasker Rink it works in Central Park. As per Kassai's lawyer, Marc Freund, his customer was harmed amid a March skate excursion with his 9-year-old child. After only one lap, he asserts he saw the arena had perilous regions of slush, hole and knocks.
As he was leaving the ice, his skate got captured in a fissure, he fell and separated and broke his shoulder ... as indicated by Freund. He says the damage still hasn't completely mended.
